Adventure in Hemostasis

During her career, Suzanne has taught as an Assistance Professor at the University of Maryland School of Nursing, teaching both Trauma /ED and Critical Care electives and the Leadership Clinical practicum seminar for the BSN Program. She has over 30 years' experience caring for trauma patients in the trauma resuscitation unit (TRU) at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center. She has served as the Secretary and the President of Chesapeake Bay chapter of AACN in Baltimore. Suzanne teaches nationally on trauma related topics and appreciates meeting and net-working with fellow nurses. She has authored journal articles and book chapters; including the 5th Edition of Trauma Nursing from Resuscitation Through Rehabilitation.
