Requirements

  • Active LPN license in the state of Maryland.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred, ideally in a long-term care or rehabilitation facility.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Covid Vaccination Card
  • Valid photo ID
  • NIH(ASA)
  • 2 Supervisory References

Responsibilities

  • Provide and coordinate direct nursing care in accordance with established facility policies and physician orders.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor, assess, and record patients’ health conditions and vital signs.
  • Communicate changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
  • Supervise CNAs, and other staff members to ensure quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all care provided.
  • Support infection control, safety, and patient rights policies.
