R3: Resilient Nurses Initiative of Maryland program

Posted 7 months ago by Catherine Miller

You have been invited to participate in an innovative new dialogue hosted by Dr. Cynda Rushton and the R3: Resilient Nurses Initiative of Maryland to explore the narrative of what it means to be a nurse today, connect more deeply with fellow nurses, and be part of a growing cadre of nurses who are leading change. There’s no doubt the nursing profession is at a critical pivot point. This is an opportunity for you to use your voice to help create a new vision for how nurses and others speak about and understand the important contributions you make every day!

(Spaces are limited)

The experience:

  • will require less than an hour (at a time of your choosing) between October 10th and October 18th.
  • be conducted on a new audio-first platform called Slow Talk that enables intimate, small-group conversations about topics that matter.

Please go here to learn more about how it will work and sign-up. Spaces are limited, so please register soon.

This is part of the R3: Resilient Nurses Initiative of Maryland program funded by Nurse Support Program II grant administered by the Maryland Higher Education Commission and funded through the Health Services Cost Review Commission.

Thank you for your consideration. Space is limited so sign up today here! If you have questions please contact Linda Lauritsen (llaurit2@jhu.edu).

We hope you can join us to share your individual stories with other nurses and help us collectively shape a new story of the critical role we play in healthcare and society!
